Punjabi mother tongue is our jewel Raj Kumar DSP

Nawanshahr:- On the occasion of International Mother Tongue Day, a poet court and tribute ceremony was organized by Punjab Sahitya Sabha Registered Nawanshahr at the office of the local Punjab Sahitya Sabha on Railway Road Nawanshahr, in which DSP City Rajkumar Ji was the chief guest. In this program, floral tributes were also offered to two departed Sahityakar Sabha founder president Mr. Gurcharan Badhan and the general secretary of the Sabha late Mr. Tarsem Saki and their families were honored by Punjab Sahitya Sabha.
On this occasion, the chief guest Dr. Rajkumar City DSP Nawanshahr, while addressing, said that the mother tongue which we have learned from our mother since childhood, Punjabi mother tongue which is the jewel of our Punjab, everyone should respect it and Punjab Sahitya Sabha is working day and night to promote Punjabi mother tongue. It is the duty of all of us to connect children with Punjabi mother tongue and give due respect to Punjabi mother tongue.
On this occasion, the song dedicated to the departed personalities, Nawan Shahar Sahit To Sunna Hoya, was also released in the voice of folk singer Hardev Chahal and along with this, the song Karwan, recorded by Harblas Badhan in the voice of Karnail Dardi, was also released on this occasion. The role of stage secretary was played by the general secretary of the society, Des Raj Bali.
On this occasion, Punjab Sahit Sabha Chairman Manmohan Singh Gulati, Darshan Dardi President, Vasdev Pardesi, Bahadur, Chand Arora, Veena, Shamha Malhan, Lakhwinder Lakha Surapuri President, Kalakar Sangeet Sabha Nawanshahr, and folk singer Hardev Chahal, Sunita Badhan, Balwinder Kaler Swaran Kaur, Gurbaksh Kaur, Priya, Hari Krishna Singh Patwari, Chaman Mallpuri, Navjot Sahit Sanstha Aur President Davinder Skohpuri, Ramnath Kataria, Sucha Ram Jadla etc. were present.
