Punjab government will provide 4 lakh jobs through the industrial sector Kejriwal

Kaljhrani (Bathinda), October 9 - In order to create interest in sports among the youth, the Punjab government today started the construction of sports stadiums equipped with modern facilities in more than 3000 villages under the first phase from village Kaljhrani. During a grand function here, the formal inauguration was done by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Aam Aadmi Party National Convener Arvind Kejriwal.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Kejriwal said that the 'war against drugs' being carried out by the Punjab government for the last several months is getting a huge response from the people. He alleged that the previous governments of Punjab played a nefarious role in bringing drugs to every door.
He said, "The Mann government is catching big drug smugglers and putting them in jails. Many big political leaders were also involved in these and one of them is also a famous leader who is in jail. He said that people used to say that no one can catch those who sell white liquor, but the AAP government was the first to catch the influential drug smugglers.
He said that as soon as that big leader who sold white liquor was caught and put behind bars, almost all the opposition parties in Punjab came together and started criticizing the Mann government. Kejriwal said that this meant that they were all in cahoots and no one cared about Punjab.
He further said that the government is making arrangements for employment and sports for the youth who have given up drugs and returned home from the drug de-addiction centers. So far, 55 thousand youth of Punjab have been given jobs.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the newly constructed playgrounds will have ultra-modern facilities. Targeting his political opponents for the prevalence of drugs in Punjab, he said that all were in cahoots with each other for the massacre that has destroyed the youth of Punjab due to drugs. He said that cases of genocide should be filed against such culprits.
He termed the results of the government's 'war on drugs' campaign as satisfactory.
Apart from former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia, AAP MLAs from Bathinda district and other leaders were also present at this event.
