Public welfare work is the governments priority Shyam Singh Rana
Chandigarh, January 29:- Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Mr. Shyam Singh Rana said that the state government has implemented many public welfare schemes for the welfare of the people. Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini himself is serious about the upcoming budget. The budget will be presented keeping in mind the welfare of the people. The best schemes will be brought in the budget for farmers as well. He said that the government has set a target of 20 percent for organic farming.
Mr. Rana was talking to the media after chairing the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee in Charkhi Dadri today.
The Agriculture Minister said that under the able leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini, our government is fully committed to the prompt, transparent and quality redressal of public grievances. He said that the monthly meetings of the Grievance Committee are a powerful platform for direct interaction between the government and the citizens, where the common man can put his problems directly before the administration. Solving the problems of the complainant is our priority. The government is for the public welfare and the government is working for the convenience of the public.
A total of 12 complaints were kept for hearing in this meeting, out of which 10 cases were resolved on the spot while the remaining two complaints were kept pending for further hearing. Apart from these complaints, other existing problems of the citizens were also heard and guidelines were given to the authorities.
He gave clear instructions to the authorities that complete transparency should be maintained in the process of investigating the complaints and the applicant should be involved at every stage, so that the solution is effective and satisfactory.
