Public Launch of the Book Kunja Kurlandiyan Translated by Gopal Chand Kulariya

Ratia: The translation of a collection of short stories by renowned Hindi writer Anju Dua Jaimini, translated by the famous translator Gopal Chand Kulariya, was launched at a public event and discussion organized by Lok Chetna Manch Haryana under the auspices of Lions Club Ratia City. Renowned critic Niranjan Boha was the chief guest.  Club President Harveer Singh Joda and Zone Chairman Pradeep Bansal were also present as special guests.
Literary critic and thinker Dr. Naib Singh Mander, novelist Aziz Saroye, poet Dilbagh Riond, and poet Gulab Singh were also present. Lok Chetna Manch General Secretary Krishna Singh Chitrakar, along with the chief guest and other scholars, launched Gopal Chand Kulariya's translated book, "Kunja Kurlandiyan."
In his address, chief guest critic Niranjan Boha said that Gopal Chand Kulariya has done a great service by undertaking literary work, especially in the field of translation, alongside his teaching career. He said that Gopal Chand has served the field of education with dedication, and his translation work is now commendable.  Literary figure Dr. Naib Singh Mander said that Gopal Chand has equal command over both Hindi and Punjabi languages, which is why his translation work is excellent. The language, style, and dialogue between the characters make the stories very interesting.
Novelist Aziz Saroye, poet Dilbagh Singh, poet Gulab Singh, Club President Harveer Singh Joda, Zone Chairman Pradeep Bansal, Tejinder Singh Aujla, Gulab Singh, Manjit Singh, and Avtar Sharma presented their comments on the book's translation. On this occasion, everyone congratulated the translator and said that it is a matter of pride for the Ratia region.
Surjit Singh Shimlapuri, Krishna Singh Chitrakar, Nirbhay Singh, Raju Arora, playwright Gurmel Singh Groha, and a large number of other literary figures and scholars were present on this occasion.
