Private bus catches fire after coming into contact with wire 2 dead

Jaipur- A private bus caught fire in Manoharpur area here after coming into contact with a hanging electric wire. During this, two people died due to coming into contact with electricity and 10 others were injured. Superintendent of Police Tejpal Singh said that the bus was carrying laborers from Pilibhit in Uttar Pradesh to a brick kiln in Manoharpur.
He said that when the bus was passing through an internal 'raw' road near a village in Manoharpur, gas cylinders and other household items kept on the roof of the bus touched the high tension line. After which the bus caught fire. During this, some laborers managed to jump out of the bus.
After the incident, the fire was brought under control and the injured were taken to a government hospital in Shahpura, from where six people were admitted to Jaipur's SMS Hospital due to burns. were referred to the hospital, while some were given primary treatment in Shahpura. Deputy Chief Minister and Transport Minister Prem Chand Bairwa said that an investigation into the incident will be initiated.
