Preparations for the August 7th Maha Rally are complete

Ferozepur/Mamdot August 1:- Punjab Sanjha Mulazam Manch and Punjab Mulazam and Pensioners Joint Front, in preparation for the "Chandigarh Maha Rally" on August 7th, held a block-level meeting under the leadership of Block Mamdot President Parveer Singh and Manjit Singh. In this, ideas regarding the preparation were taken from the entire block leadership and district office bearers. In their views, they said that their preparations are complete, there is a lot of protest against the Punjab government among the employees and they are eager to participate in the Chandigarh Maha Rally in large numbers.
They also suggested that in view of the employees' protest and enthusiasm against the government, district-level actions should also be taken to express their protest during the session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha before the August 7th Maha Rally. Therefore, the organization unanimously decided that protest rallies will be held at the district level by stopping work for two hours on August 5 and 6 and all the employees will take a collective leave on August 7 and join the "Chandigarh Maha Rally".
It was also decided that all the parties involved in the Sanjjan Mulazam Manch and Punjab Mulazam and Pensioners Sanjha Front should also be appealed to participate in the district level protest rallies on August 5 and 6 along with their colleagues and decide to take a collective leave to join the "Chandigarh Maha Rally" on August 7 and urge all the colleagues to reach the Maha Rally in Chandigarh on August 7.
Because the Punjab government has not restored the old pension, instead of releasing DA 18%, the Aam Aadmi Party government is directly fighting against the employees and pensioners by raising a large army of lawyers in the Honorable High Court, the demands of many other organizations/employees are not being resolved, raw Employees are not being made permanent, on the contrary they are being beaten, severe torture is being inflicted.
Apart from this, the main demands like withdrawal of Rs 200 jizya tax, special increment should be given along with completion of 2014 service, cancellation of 2020 and 2015 letters, giving pension benefits with 2.59 multiplier etc. are not being met.
In this meeting, Narinder Sharma District President Paramedical, Satnam Singh, Parveer Singh, Rajinder Kumar, Manjit Kumar, Vikramjit Singh, Raman Kumar, Sonu Kumar, Panja Singh, Deep Singh, Gurdev Singh, Surinder Kumar, Sampreet, Amandeep Kaur Multipurpose Health Worker Male/Female Junior Block Mamdot and leaders and associates of Paramedical Health Workers Union will participate in this rally in large scale.
