Ratia, December 7: The Prabhatpheri Seva Society, dedicated to the birth anniversary of the tenth Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Maharaj Ji, began the Prabhatpheri procession today with the support of the Sangat. The Sangat joined the Prabhatpheri from Gurudwara Sri Guru Granth Sahib Purana Bazaar, singing Shabads, and reached the residence of the Sevak family, Jagroop Singh, in Main Bazaar. On this occasion, Ragi Singh Bhai Bhola Singh delighted the Sangat by engaging them in Shabad Kirtan.
On this occasion, Granthi Baba Kishan Singh offered prayers for the welfare of all. Jarnail Singh performed the service of Nishan Sahib while chanting Waheguru. Giving information, society member Harpreet Singh Happy stated that the Prabhatpheri Seva Society, dedicated to the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Maharaj Ji, organizes Prabhatpheris in the city every year, and the Sangat participates enthusiastically.
He stated that these Prabhatpheris will continue until January 3, and will be attended by the Sangat in large numbers. On this occasion, a large number of Sikh Sangat including Jarnail Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Balwinder Singh, Ajaib Singh Mander, Jagjit Singh, Charanjit Singh, Jagseer Singh, Varinder Singh Mandvi, Manjit Singh, Nachattar Singh, Mohan Singh, Bunty Monga, Manjinder Singh, Sahil Singh, Baljinder Singh, Sandeep Singh, Sukhbir Singh were walking along chanting Shabad Gayan.
