Hoshiarpur:- This morning, there was a huge commotion in village Kharadi when Kaushal Kumar, in-charge of police post Ajnoha, along with his police party, arrived to arrest Shahdeen son of Makhandin, a fugitive accused in a case at police station Mehtiana.
There, the family members of the fugitive accused, including Sifadeen son of Makhandin, his brother and other unknown accomplices, tried to snatch ASI Amarjit Singh's weapon.
And on the charge of obstructing police duty, Mahilpur Police has registered a case against the accused involved in the case under various sections like 353, 132, 221, 109, 61/2, 121/1, 262/191(3)/190 BNS and initiated legal action.
