Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, March 1:- As per the directions of Director Sports Punjab, Mr. Harpreet Singh Sudan, the second and final day of the PIS Residential Wing Trials organized by the Sports Department at Sports Complex Sector-78, Sardar Balbir Singh Olympian Senior International Hockey Stadium Sector-63 and Government Senior Secondary School 3B-1 SAS Nagar was successfully concluded today. The players displayed their skills by performing with full of enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
On this occasion, Joint Director Sports Department, Chandigarh Punjab, Mr. Gurjant Singh, PCS (Olympic Medalist, Indian Hockey Team) visited the trial venue. He interacted with the players and motivated them to perform well and achieve excellence in their respective sports. Apart from this, Mrs. Gurdeep Kaur Director (Administration) PIS Chandigarh and Mr. Jeevanjot Singh Teja Director (Training) PIS Chandigarh, Punjab also motivated the players for active participation in sports. Finally, Mr. Rupesh Kumar Begra District Sports Officer, SAS Nagar encouraged the players and said that with hard work, discipline and dedication, one can achieve every goal.
