Petition filed in Bombay High Court against Kapil Sharmas show

Mumbai:- PPL (People Performance Limited) has approached the Bombay High Court against Netflix's popular show, The Kapil Sharma Show. It is alleged that three songs were used in Kapil Sharma's show without the permission of the producers or producers.
According to reports, PPL had filed a commercial petition against Kapil Sharma's show in the Bombay High Court on December 12. Alleging copyright infringement, the petition said that between June and September, three licensed songs were used without permission. PPL India holds the copyright of these songs.
Commercial use of these songs without permission is a violation of copyright law. Only the licensee can use these songs. PPL had demanded in the petition that the unauthorized use of copyrighted songs be stopped as soon as possible, the proceeds from illegal use be disclosed, and the material related to the infringement be seized.
