Patwar Khana to be opened in Singa Haroli Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri

Una, October 9 – Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri announced the opening of a Patwar Khana in Singa village of Haroli subdivision. He made this announcement while attending the Dangal wrestling competition held in Singa on Thursday evening as the chief guest. Renowned wrestlers from the state and other states participated in the Dangal.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister also announced a donation of ?51,000 to the Dangal Committee.
Chintpurni MLA Sudarshan Bablu, Kutlahar MLA Vivek Sharma, Congress District President Ranjeet Rana, and other party officials were also present at the event.
The Deputy Chief Minister announced that ?1 crore will be spent on the development of the Singa playground. Funds have been approved for this purpose. He stated that the ground will be ready by next year's Dangal. He also announced the construction of a rain shelter in Singa village, which will cost approximately ?20 lakh.
Additionally, he approved demands for a new drinking water scheme for the area and the construction of a platform at the Ramlila ground. He also announced the establishment of an open-air gym in Singa for the convenience of the youth.
The Deputy Chief Minister stated that the state government is fully committed to preserving the rich heritage of traditional sports and wrestling. He stated that such events not only revitalize traditional sports but also strengthen discipline, enthusiasm, and dedication among the younger generation.
He stated that special attention is being paid to the development of playgrounds and open-air gyms throughout the Haroli area to encourage youth to engage in training and healthy activities.
Dangal Committee Chairman Jagdish Rana, Gram Panchayat Head Gurdev Singh, Dangal Committee Vice-President Subedar Jagjit Singh, and members welcomed the Deputy Chief Minister and all the guests and expressed gratitude for attending the event.
