Amritsar:- The Customs Department has recovered 964 grams of ganja during the inspection of a passenger who arrived here from Bangkok by a flight at Sri Guru Ramdas Ji International Airport. Giving information in this regard, the officials of the Customs Department said that during the inspection of the luggage of a passenger, the Customs Amritsar seized 964 grams of ganja worth Rs 0.96 crore.
The person had hidden it in 4 boxes of sweets. This passenger had arrived at Sri Guru Ramdas Ji International Airport by a flight from Bangkok. He has been arrested under the Customs Act.
