Officials to resolve citizens complaints on priority basis Health Minister

Chandigarh, November 20 - Haryana's Health, Medical Education, Research and AYUSH Minister Aarti Singh Rao today chaired the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee Palwal. On this occasion, she resolved 10 out of 14 complaints included in the agenda of the meeting on the spot.
She directed the officials to take every problem of the citizens seriously and ensure its resolution.
Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao heard the complaints of Bhanu Prakash resident of village Lulwari, Prabhu Dayal resident of Khacheru, Usha Rani resident of Vallabhgarh, Samuche Kisan of village Seeha and village Alika, Dalchand resident of village Khanbi, Shivkumar resident of village Dhatir, Charan Singh resident of village Katesra, Rohtash resident of village Badram Jayanti resident of village Bajpur Kalan, Tirlok resident of Hathani, Aslam resident of village Paharpur, Manju Vashishth resident of Palwal and Vidya Sagar resident of village Behrola in a case that came up in the meeting.
While hearing the complaint of Vidya Sagar, he directed to remove the pig farm from the residential area within 60 days.
While hearing a complaint related to the District Education Department of another complainant Aslam, he directed to take strict action against the guilty teachers. He said that if the officials of the electricity department are found guilty in this case, then strict action will be taken against them.
Meanwhile, the members of the District Public Relations and Complaints Committee also presented the complaints related to their respective areas before Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao, who gave directions to the concerned officials on the spot for their proper resolution.
