Officers to prioritize immediate disposal of revenue matters Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain
Hoshiarpur:- Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain held a monthly review meeting with the officers of the Revenue Department on Wednesday. During the meeting, the progress of various schemes and works related to the Revenue Department in the district was reviewed in detail and necessary guidelines were issued to the officers.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the Swamitva Yojana, Easy Registry, pending mutation matters, Musavi Validation and pending revenue matters at the district level in the meeting and instructed the officers to dispose of all pending matters on priority basis. He said that it is very important to ensure time-bound action to maintain transparency and efficiency in services related to revenue matters.
Ashika Jain directed the officers to provide services related to the Revenue Department to the citizens without any unnecessary delay and to regularly monitor the works. He said that it is the responsibility of the administration to deliver the benefits of the government's public welfare schemes to the eligible people in a timely manner. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Nidhi Kumud Bambah, Assistant Commissioner (Under Training) Gurkanwal Singh, SDM Hoshiarpur Parampreet Singh, SDM Dasuha Kanwaljit Singh, SDM Mukerian Jyotsana, SDM Tanda Lovepreet Singh and other officials were present in the meeting.
