Objectionable clauses in JagatJyot Satkar Act should be removed Jathedar Mansowal

Hoshiarpur:- Jathedar Jagdev Singh Mansowal, President of Shiromani Akali Dal's Beit Elekhaya (Circle), said regarding the 'Jagat Jyot Shri Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Act' passed in a hurry by the Punjab government that the Punjab government was asked to remove the objectionable provisions related to this act by the acting Jathedar of the supreme power of the Panth, Shri Akal Takht Sahib Ji, Kuldeep Singh Gargajj, but the Punjab government has still adopted an arrogant and dictatorial attitude.
The use of the word store for a comfortable place in this act is inappropriate. Apart from this, the Panth does not agree with the provisions related to the custodian, making the information of published Birs public and numbering of Saroops. Jathedar Mansowal said that instead of taking action against those who commit sacrilege, the law imposes more conditions on the maintenance of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 983 people and with this, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Granthi Singhs and Gurdwara Committees have been divided like criminals in the legal circle.
This act, which is a direct government interference in the Sikh promises, has been passed in a hurry without any Panthic deliberation. The Panth has not recognized the Vis law. He said that the Punjab government should immediately remove the objectionable clauses in this sect and pay immediate attention to taking care of the feelings of the Panth by following the orders of the supreme power of the Panth, Shri Akal Takht Sahib Ji.
