Banga/Nawanshahr:- The NSS Department of Sikh National College Banga celebrated World Science Day under the able leadership of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder Ji, with the efforts of Program Officer Prof. Vipan and Dr. Nirmaljit Kaur Ji. The event was presided over by Dr. Jyoti Prakash. BSc student Baljit Singh informed about the beginning of Science Day and its background.
Dr. Jyoti Prakash, through his address, provided information to the students about scientists who have done research work in various fields related to science and won Nobel Prizes. On this occasion, the students also continued with questions and answers. The students were also honored by the department.
