New Delhi:- From December 18, there will be a complete ban on the entry of vehicles below BS-6 diesel in Delhi. Only vehicles registered in Delhi will be allowed to enter.
Private vehicles registered outside the state will not be allowed to enter Delhi. Vehicles that do not have a PUCC certificate of pollution will not be able to get petrol and diesel from the pump from December 18. Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa announced this. 
Sirsa said that heavy fines will be imposed on trucks carrying construction materials and their vehicles will be seized.
