Nitish Kumar leaves the post of Home Minister in Bihar after 20 years
Patna:- A major reshuffle has been made in the Nitish Kumar cabinet. After 20 years, Nitish Kumar has left the post of Home Minister. This post has now gone to the BJP. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary will take over the post of Home Minister. BJP has given the Finance Minister to JDU. Bijender Yadav will oversee the Finance Minister along with Energy. Mangal Pandey has also been reappointed as Health Minister.
National shooter Shreyasi Singh, who became a minister for the first time, has been given the post of Sports Minister. HAM National President Santosh Suman's post has not been changed; he will again be the Minor Water Resources Minister. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha has been given the post of Land and Revenue Minister as well as Mines and Geology Minister.
However, the Agriculture Minister has been taken away from him and given to BJP quota minister Ramkripal Yadav. Dilip Jaiswal has been appointed as the Industries Minister. Nitin Naveen has been given the responsibility of the Paper Works Department as well as the Urban Development and Housing Department.
Earlier in the morning, Samrat Chaudhary reached the Chief Minister's House with the list of departments of BJP ministers. The two leaders talked for about 50 minutes. According to sources, Samrat Chaudhary submitted the list of departments of BJP ministers to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
After this, an important meeting was held between all the senior leaders with Nitish Kumar in which it was discussed which departments will be given to which JDU ministers. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a meeting for about one and a half hours and discussed the departments demanded by the BJP. Lallan Singh, Sanjay Jha and Vijay Kumar Chaudhary were present in the meeting.
