Chandigarh:- Strengthening its initiative of putting customers first, Nissan Motor India has launched a first-of-its-kind 55-minute vehicle exchange program in association with Spinny. Through this initiative, customers will get an instant valuation of their used car and will also get an exchange bonus on purchasing a new car from Nissan Motor.
The 55-minute exchange process will make the buying, selling and exchange experience easier. All the facilities will be available under one roof, enhancing customer convenience. Dedicated Spinny appraisers across 30 cities will assist in dealership operations on scheduled appointments and on-demand basis at Spinny touchpoints. Spinny counters will be set up at Nissan sales touchpoints in these cities, providing real-time assistance to customers in selecting exchange options.
Customers who exchange their vehicle at a Nissan dealership or directly through Spinni's digital interface will receive a special exchange benefit on purchasing a new Nissan car. The main benefit of this alliance is to simplify the exchange process. In this process, the 'Selling Letter' issued by Spinni will be treated as proof of exchange. This will eliminate the need for transferred RC documents for Nissan customers and streamline the entire transaction process.
