SAS Nagar, October 11 - The newly elected team of Purab Premium Apartments Residential Welfare Association (RWA) located in Sector 88 shared information about the legal, administrative and developmental achievements of the society.
Advocate Gurmeet Singh, legal advisor of the society, said that as per the orders of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, all the residents will pay the maintenance fee regularly. With this, there is no pending matter in the society. Many flats have been reserved by GMADA for IAS, IPS officers and other professionals, which shows the credibility of the project.
He said that the entire Resident Welfare Society is working continuously under the leadership of the society’s president Yuvraj Singh. The newly elected team includes President Yuvraj Singh, Vice President Gurjant Singh, General Secretary Rajnish Kumar Rana, Treasurer Ashutosh Kumar and Executive Members Manish Jain, Harbinder Singh Minhas, Balbir Kaur Soni, Ratan Singh and Umakant Singh Chauhan.
On this occasion, President Yuvraj Singh said that the team is working on the principles of honesty, unity and accountability, due to which work is being done for the benefit of every resident. They will make every possible effort to provide local basic facilities to the society members.
On this occasion, the team members said that security and discipline have improved significantly in the society with the smart gate app, digital verification system, 24-hour CCTV surveillance and professional housekeeping. They said that every expense, decision and contract is shared with the residents.
He said that the society has facilities like modern swimming pool, playground, play area for children, community centre, largest basement parking and digital access control with smart gate app. New plans for the future include open air gym, yoga music system, water bodies in green belt, basement parking upgrade, solar panels and digital resident portal.
