Haroli/Una, July 15 (Rajveer Chopra): A tree plantation drive was organized on the college campus by the NCC unit of Professor Simmi Agnihotri Government College, Haroli, under the guidance of Principal Dr. Rajinder Kumar. The event was coordinated by Dr. Richa Sharma.
On this occasion, NCC cadets planted saplings of various species on the campus, demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation and a greener environment. The cadets also pledged to regularly care for and protect the planted saplings.
Addressing the students, Principal Dr. Rajinder  Kumar stated that environmental conservation is the need of the hour. He urged the youth to plant as many trees as possible, nurture them, and spread awareness about environmental conservation within society.
