NALSA organizes campaign Mediation for the Nation 30

Ferozepur 2nd September:- As per the instructions of Hon’ble National Legal Service Authority, New Delhi and Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar (Mohali) and under the guidance of Shri Sumit Malhotra, Hon’ble District and Sessions Judge—cum—Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ferozepur, a campaign is being run named “Mediation for the Nation 3.0”. According to the information, this campaign will start from 01st October, 2026 and will continue till 31st December, 2026.
Under this campaign, the facility of getting resignations done through the Mediation Center will be provided. Therefore, the general public is informed that whoever wants to get their cases resolved easily through the Mediation Center, they can get their case transferred from the concerned Hon’ble Court. Mediation centers can send resignations till 30 September 2026.
In the mediation center, the parties in their case will be heard through mediators and mutual resignations will be made between them. Therefore, the public is appealed to take maximum benefit of this campaign.
