Mohali: More than 1,500 people participated in the Livasa Hospital-sponsored Nangal Kite Festival 2026 on Sunday. A major highlight of the event was the enthusiastic participation of children, with 140 young artists taking part in a drawing competition showcasing themes of health, environment, and social awareness.
The festival promoted the "Say No to China Door" campaign, encouraging the use of safe and eco-friendly kite strings to prevent injuries to birds and people.
During the event, Livasa Hospital organized a free health camp, and an organ donation awareness campaign was also conducted.
