Patiala, March 11:- Today, on 11-03-2026, a monthly meeting of PRTC pensioners of Patiala Depot was held. In which a large number of pensioners participated. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Jagtar Singh Chairman. All the speakers in the meeting strongly condemned the neglect of the management and the government towards the pensioners and also raised questions on the lax performance of the central body.
The meeting was mainly addressed by Sarv Shri Joginder Singh President, Shiv Kumar Sharma Secretary General, Suraj Bhan General Secretary, Gurdeep Singh, Anil Kumar, Shiv Kumar Mittal, Ghola Singh, Vinod Kaushal, Shadi Singh, Jagtar Singh Chairman and Jarnail Singh Advisor. All the speakers especially emphasized on coordination and cooperation with the organizations struggling against the government.
The management was criticized for not paying pension, salary, pay commission arrears, allowances of retired employees and medical bills. Mr. Mahinder Singh Sohi thanked everyone for attending. The proceedings of the stage were well conducted by Shiv Kumar Sharma, Secretary General.
All Mr. Bakshish Singh, Bir Singh, Sukhdev Singh Bhupa, Tarlok Singh Painter, Balwant Singh, Surinder Bedi, Gurdeep Singh and Nirpal Singh contributed immensely to the success of the meeting.
