MLA Vinod Bhayana launched the HPV vaccination campaign at the Civil Hospital
Hansi: MLA Vinod Bhayana launched the HPV vaccination campaign at a program held at the Civil Hospital on Saturday. SMO Rahul Buddhi Raja and several city dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Vinod Bhayana said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the HPV vaccination campaign from Ajmer, Rajasthan, to prevent cervical cancer. He stated that this vaccination campaign will prove crucial in eradicating cervical cancer. MLA Vinod Bhayana also honored the girls who received the vaccination at the launch of the campaign.
SMO Dr. Rahul Buddhi Raja stated that the HPV vaccination campaign will last for 90 days. The first phase of this campaign will cover urban areas. After this, the campaign will be expanded to rural areas. He stated that girls up to 15 years of age can get vaccinated under this campaign. The consent of parents and guardians is required for vaccination. He stated that a postpartum center has been established at the Civil Hospital for vaccination. Girls must bring their Aadhaar card and Aadhaar card-linked mobile phone with them to receive the vaccination. He also stated that doctors will monitor the vaccination for at least half an hour after the vaccination, and that the vaccination will be conducted under medical supervision. Certificates will also be provided after the vaccination.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's live broadcast of the vaccination campaign launch in Ajmer, Rajasthan, was also presented at the Civil Hospital. A large LED screen was set up for this purpose.
Many dignitaries present included Dinesh Bhutani, political advisor to MLA Vinod Bhayana, Vinod Saini, Anil Chawla, Naveen Thakur, Bablu Khurana, Tanuj Khurana, Ashok Dhaliya, Subhash Yadav, and Mukesh Tuteja.
