Mahilpur:- Continuing his election campaign in Chabbewal, MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar today visited various villages and addressed the villagers in meetings. The main issues raised in the meetings included development, transparency and honest leadership. In the meeting at Nadalon, Dr. Ishank highlighted the work and commitment towards development of Dr. Vipan Kumar Panchanangal, Zila Parishad candidate from Bham zone and Sardar Ranbir Singh, Block Committee candidate from Nadalon zone.
He said that both the candidates have been working for the people at the grassroots level for a long time and are dedicated to the development of the area. In Ajnoha, Dr. Ishank highlighted the easy-going nature and approach of Smt. Mamta Rani, Block Committee candidate from Ajnoha zone among the villagers. He said that Smt. Mamata Rani has always been actively working to solve the problems of the common people.
Addressing the people at Kot Fatuhi, Dr. Ishank reminded them that MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal had put a lot of effort to get the Kot-Mehtiana canal road constructed. Dr. Ishank further said that after becoming an MLA, he raised the issue of safety railing on the canal in the Vidhan Sabha, got special approval of Rs. 9.5 crore, and has also started the work.
In these meetings, Dr. Ishank Kumar sought support from the people of these villages for Zila Parishad Zone Bham candidate Dr. Vipan Kumar Panchanangal, Block Committee Zone Nadalon candidate Ranbir Singh, Block Committee Zone Ajnoha candidate Mamta Rani, Block Committee Zone Pandori Ganga Singh candidate Anju Devi, Block Committee Zone Kot Fatuhi candidate Sukhwinder Kaur and Block Committee Zone Khair Rawal Bassi candidate Gurbaksh Singh.
