Nawanshahr: A meeting regarding the disposal of pending grievances on the PGRS portal was held at the District Administrative Complex, Nawanshahr, under the chairmanship of Assistant Commissioner (General)-cum-CMFO, Ramanjit. Officials from various departments attended the meeting. During the session, the Assistant Commissioner (General) held a detailed discussion on department-wise pending grievances and reviewed the situation. 
The Assistant Commissioner (General) obtained reports from the concerned officials regarding the current status of the pending grievances.
Ramanjit directed the officials to resolve the pending grievances on the portal on a priority basis as soon as possible. He emphasized that the timely disposal of public grievances is a primary responsibility of the administration, and no laxity in this regard will be tolerated. He instructed that every grievance should be resolved with quality, and the disposal report must be uploaded to the portal so that the complainant receives accurate information. 
Furthermore, he ordered the immediate resolution of long-pending grievances and the submission of reports. Officials of the concerned departments were present on this occasion.
