Manohar Lal Expresses Condolences on the Demise of the Assembly Speakers Mother
Karnal, March 14 – Union Minister for Power, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, arrived at Kalyan Farm near Madhuban this evening. Expressing his grief over the passing of Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan's 87-year-old mother, Prem Kaur, he paid humble tributes to the departed soul. He prayed to God to grant the virtuous soul a place at His feet and to provide strength to the family during this difficult time. He stated that Mrs. Prem Kaur's memory and noble thoughts would forever remain alive in people's hearts. He added that, in this hour of sorrow, his deepest sympathies lie with the family.
Upon receiving the news of the Assembly Speaker's mother's demise, Union Minister Manohar Lal traveled from Delhi to Kalyan Farm to express his condolences. He offered floral tributes to Mrs. Kaur. The Union Minister also met with family members and offered them words of solace. It is noteworthy that Mrs. Kaur passed away last night; she had been unwell for quite some time.
Her last rites were performed this afternoon in the village of Kutail, attended by a large number of people from various sections of society. Present on this occasion were Election Commissioner Devender Kalyan, BJP Executive Committee member Azad Singh Nehra, Swami Sampurnanand Saraswati, Kavinder Rana, and others.
