Major Success for Ratia Sadar Police Station Proclaimed Offender Arrested
Ratia, December 2:- Under the guidance and direction of Superintendent of Police Mr. Siddhant Jain, IPS, the Ratia Sadar Police Station has achieved significant success in arresting a PO accused who had been absconding for a long time. Due to constant surveillance and the activeness of the informant network, the accused was apprehended from his hideout.
Inspector Bijendra Singh, in-charge of Ratia Sadar Police Station, stated that the arrested accused has been identified as Suresh, son of Goma Ram, resident of Alika. A case has been registered against him under FIR No. 50, dated 31.01.2022, under Section 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code, at Ratia Sadar Police Station.
He was declared a proclaimed offender by the court for being absconding for a long time. The accused was constantly evading the police by changing his location, but the police team arrested him today based on constant monitoring and accurate information.
The station in-charge stated that the accused will be produced in the relevant court today and further prosecution proceedings will be initiated. The police have described this as a significant achievement in the campaign to apprehend proclaimed offenders and have appealed to the public to immediately report any suspicious activity to the police.
