Ratia, July 2: To mark the occasion of Doctors' Day and CA Day, Lions Club Ratia City honored 13 doctors and 4 Chartered Accountants (CAs) with certificates of appreciation at the local Civil Hospital in Ratia.
Presiding over the event, Lion Gopal Chand Kulariya stated in his address that doctors are a vital part of society. It is primarily the poor and the sick who visit government hospitals for treatment. Due to a shortage of doctors in hospitals, those currently serving bear a heavy workload. The Club President urged them to treat visiting patients with love and goodwill.
He also appealed to the financial advisors to thoroughly study new tax-related laws and provide financial guidance to the business community, ensuring they do not face any penalties or difficulties.
At the conclusion of the program, Dr. Bharat Singh (ASMO) expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the club's office bearers and members, assuring them that the medical staff would perform their duties with the utmost responsibility. He further remarked that such events serve as a source of inspiration.
