Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 10 February, 2026:- Exercising the powers conferred under Section 6(1)(E) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, the Additional District Magistrate, Mrs. Gitika Singh, has cancelled the license of C.W. Services Firm.
According to the Additional District Magistrate, C.W. Services Firm, S.C.F. No. 101, Second Floor, Phase-10, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owned by Mr. Jaswant Singh Gill, son of Mr. Amarjit Singh, House No. 5012, Phase-2, Ranjit Enclave, Rania, District Ludhiana, was issued License No. 396/IC dated 14.07.2020 for the work of Consultancy and IELTS Coaching Institute, the validity of which expired on 13.07.2025.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner stated that due to the licensee’s failure to submit monthly reports and information related to advertisements as per the Act/Rules and Advisory, failure to get the license renewed, failure to comply with the provisions of the license, and failure to submit a reply/explanation to the notice, the firm and the licensee violated the provisions of Section 6(1)(E) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
In view of the above facts, while exercising the powers conferred under Section 6(1)(E) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, License No. 396/IC dated 14.07.2020 issued to C.W. Services Firm has been cancelled with immediate effect.
In addition, as per the Act/Rules, if in the future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensee/ directors/ partners of the firm, then the said company/director/ partner/licensee shall be fully responsible for the same and shall also be responsible for providing compensation for it.
