KP Gupta Elected President of Purvanchal Vikas Manch Trust Hisar
Haryana/Hisar: A crucial meeting of the Purvanchal Vikas Manch Trust, Hisar, was held today at the PWD Rest House, Hisar, under the chairmanship of the organization's patron, Sujit Kumar Kaimri. The primary objective of the meeting was to conduct the election for the post of Trust President.
Suresh Goyal 'Dhupwala' and Ramchandra Gupta served as the returning officers to ensure the election process was conducted fairly and successfully. The Trust has a total of 22 voting members, of whom 17 exercised their right to vote.
K.P. Gupta and Sunil Singh were the candidates contesting for the presidency. During the vote count, K.P. Gupta secured 9 votes, while Sunil Singh received 8 votes. Consequently, K.P. Gupta won by a margin of one vote and earned the honor of assuming the responsibility of President of the Purvanchal Vikas Manch Trust for the next four years.
Expressing gratitude to all the members, the newly elected President, K.P. Gupta, stated that he would work to further strengthen the organization by taking all members along. He remarked that the organization's main objective is to unite the people of the Purvanchal community and play a leading role in social service activities—a mission that would be pursued with utmost sincerity and dedication.
On this occasion, patron Sujit Kumar Kaimri congratulated the newly elected President, noting that the Purvanchal Vikas Manch Trust has been doing commendable work in the fields of social and public service for several years. He expressed confidence that, under the leadership of the new executive committee, the organization would grow stronger and advance initiatives for the welfare of society.
Additionally, it was unanimously decided that the Purvanchal community would accord a grand welcome to BJP State President Dr. Archana Gupta upon her arrival in Hisar on June 26. Sanjay Singh, Niranjan, Sanjay Paswan, Raghuvir Yadav, Shankar Goswami, Sunil Gupta, Ajay, Suresh Prasad, Kalyan Kumar, Ram Bhor, Dharmendra, and others were present during the election.
