Karnal will tremble with the sound of tractors

Karnal, March 1: The ongoing farmers' protest under the aegis of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) demanding a service lane on the Karnal Ring Road appears to be moving towards a decisive turn. Expressing deep concern over the gross negligence of the government and administration, Bharatiya Kisan Union State President Ratan Mann made a major announcement. He stated that due to the administration's stubborn attitude and continued indifference, a tractor parade will be held by BKU in Karnal on March 6.
Ratan Mann expressed his displeasure with the administration, stating that the farmers are conducting their protest in a completely democratic and peaceful manner. They have been on strike for the past 24 days, but the administration has yet to pay heed. He stated that if a solution is not found soon, the protest will be forced to intensify, for which the administration will be solely responsible.
The ongoing protest demanding a service lane on the Ring Road entered its 24th day today. A district-level Kisan Panchayat was held at the protest site. In which strong anger was expressed against the administration. District President Surendra Singh Ghuman chaired the district-level Panchayat. BKU State President Ratanman, Shyam Singh Mann, North Haryana in-charge Mehtab Kadian, and State General Secretary Bhupendra Singh Ladi were specially present at the Panchayat. The farmer leaders present unanimously stated that the sit-in and agitation will continue until the demand for a service lane on the Ring Road is met.

**Farmers will expand the scope of the ongoing Ring Road work stoppage after the protest
Ratanman said that despite a written agreement, the farmers' demands have not yet been met, which is extremely unfortunate. Ratanman warned that after the major protest on March 6th, the scope of the ongoing Ring Road work stoppage will be further expanded. He clearly stated that only when the road is built will NHAI work proceed.
Farmers said that it has been almost a month since the protest began, but to date, the administration has not addressed the farmers' concerns. Farmers announced that, due to this administration's negligence, a tractor parade will be held in Karnal on March 6th.
This tractor parade will mark the completion of one month of the protest and will send a clear message to the administration. The growing unity and anger of the farmers clearly indicates that this movement could become more widespread and intense in the coming days.
