Kanpur Lamborghini accident Businessmans son Shivam was not driving the car Lawyer

Kanpur:- Kanpur Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal said that the investigation into the Lamborghini car accident on VIP Road is ongoing. He confirmed that the name of accused Shivam Mishra has now been included in the FIR. According to the Police Commissioner, Shivam's name was not in the case earlier, but after the facts came to light during the investigation, he has been named. When the police went to his house for questioning, the family told that he was admitted to the hospital. Shivam's father has assured the police of cooperation in the investigation.
The Police Commissioner clarified that on the basis of CCTV footage, the police have come to the conclusion that Shivam Mishra was driving the car at the time of the accident. On the other hand, Shivam's lawyer Mritunjay Kumar claimed that Shivam was not driving the car, but his driver Mohan was driving the vehicle. The lawyer appealed to treat the incident as an accident rather than a crime, saying, "The car was being driven by the driver, not Shivam Mishra. We will present the facts and evidence before the court."
The police have seized the Lamborghini car involved in the accident. A motorcycle was badly damaged in the accident and some passers-by were injured. One person suffered serious injuries to his leg and ankle. According to eyewitnesses, a speeding Lamborghini first hit a stationary motorcycle near the Jhula Park crossing on Sunday afternoon and then ran over the passers-by.
Eyewitness Satvendra Singh Chandel said that immediately after the accident, the car's bouncers broke the window of the car, took out the driver and made him sit in another car and fled.
