Garhshankar, March 9: Kamaljit Pal, an officer of the Information and Public Relations Department, took charge as District Public Relations Officer here today. He said that the duty will be performed with full dedication to make the people aware of the schemes, welfare works, programs and projects of the Punjab Government at the grassroots level. 
It is noteworthy that earlier Kamal Pal has served as Information and Public Relations Officer at the Chief Minister's Office and as District Public Relations Officer at Amritsar, Bathinda, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawanshahr)
