Hisar, January 20: The first-ever Kabaddi Champions League in the state is set to begin on January 25th. Before the competition, the league's trophy tour arrived at Umra Sports Village on Monday. A grand program was organized at the Umra Kabaddi ground to welcome the trophy tour. Rajesh Rathi, owner of the Shubhgrah Hisar Heroes team, was the chief guest at the event. His father, Sher Singh Rathi, team manager Nalin Nagpal, and Hisar Heroes team coach Jagdeep Singh were also present.
Several players from the Shubhgrah Hisar Heroes team also attended the program. In addition, Haryanvi artist Jhandu was present. Sandeep Arya, who holds a record for Surya Namaskar, also participated as a special guest. Haryanvi artist Jhandu entertained the audience with Haryanvi jokes. Several other artists also performed folk songs, captivating the audience.
A cultural program was also presented during the event. Rajesh Rathi honored Ravinder Singh Malik, Shivalik, Munish Malik, Rajesh, Surender Pandit, Satish Fauji, Sunil Fauji, Sundar Chauhan, and coaches Rajesh and Satish, along with Bhimsen, Pawan Chahal, and other dignitaries from the Umra Sports Association with mementos.
A large number of villagers and people from Hisar, Sonipat, and other places gathered for the event. At the request of coach Jagdeep, Kabaddi player Neeraj Kumar was announced as a new addition to the team. Artist Sahil Malik sang a song, "The trophy will become famous in your name," which the audience thoroughly enjoyed. Chetan Malik also entertained the audience with a song he composed for the league.

Shubhgrah Hisar Heroes team owner Rajesh Rathi said that the Kabaddi Champions League has created a platform that will help new players advance. It will benefit young people who dream of excelling in Kabaddi. These young players will get a chance to advance through this league. He said that young people should be encouraged to participate in sports so that they can be kept away from drugs.
It was informed that the Hisar Kabaddi team includes Category One players. These include Ashu Malik, Surjeet Narwal, Manpreet, Saurav Nangal, and Nitin Dhankhar. Bittu, Ankit, Anuj Kathura, Rahul, Anshul Sharma, and Sahil Narwal from the team were present at the event.
These players said that they will perform well in the Kabaddi league and bring the trophy to Hisar. It was informed that eight teams are participating in this league. These include Hisar Heroes, Bhiwani Bulls, Faridabad Fighters, Gurugram Gurus, Karnal Kings, Panipat Panthers, Sonipat Stars, and Rohtak Royals. Coach Jagdeep said that a team camp was organized, and everyone is fully prepared.

**Hisar team will face Bhiwani in the first match**
The Hisar Heroes team's first match will be against Bhiwani Bulls on January 26.  Following this, matches will be held against Panipat Panthers on January 28, Rohtak Royals on January 30, and Karnal Kings on February 1.

**Trophy Tour visited these cities**
The trophy tour started from Ridhana. After that, it reached Panipat and Karnal. The tour reached Hisar on January 19, and the trophy tour will be held in Bhiwani on January 20.
