SAS Nagar, March 5:- Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur Bains today assumed charge as the new Principal of Shaheed Major Harminder Pal Singh (Shaurya Chakra Vijeta) Government College, Phase-6, Mohali (SAS Nagar). On the occasion, the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college extended a warm welcome to her and conveyed their best wishes on taking up the new responsibility.
Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur Bains is an experienced and dedicated educationist. She has previously served as an Associate Professor in the Department of English at the same college.
Interacting with the faculty and staff, she said that while carrying forward the rich traditions of the institution, she would work with full dedication to promote academic excellence, sports, and co-curricular activities among students, ensuring their overall development.
She further expressed confidence that with the cooperation and support of the faculty and staff, continuous efforts would be made to strengthen the institution and take it to greater heights in the fields of education, research, and sports.
On this occasion, the teachers and staff members congratulated her on assuming the new responsibility and assured her of their full cooperation in fulfilling the vision for the college.
