IPS officer death case Rohtak SP transferred

Chandigarh- Four days after Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar committed suicide at his residence in Sector 11, the Haryana government today transferred Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarnia and appointed Surinder Singh Bhoria as Rohtak SP in his place. The orders issued today said that the orders for Bijarnia's posting will be issued separately.
After the IPS officer's suicide note, the victim's family had demanded that the Haryana DGP and SP Rohtak be sent on leave. However, the victim's family had not only demanded that both the officers be sent on leave but also demanded action against them. On the other hand, the administration and the police said that their demands will be considered.
On the other hand, discussions are also going on to change Haryana DGP Shatrujit Kapoor. It is worth mentioning that Haryana ADGP IPS officer Y Puran Kumar committed suicide at his house in Chandigarh on October 7.
The suicide note written by Y Puran Kumar names Haryana DGP Shatrujit Kapoor, Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarnia and several other police officers. On the other hand, Chandigarh Police has registered a case in the said case and formed a 6-member SIT for investigation. At the same time, there is a lot of confusion regarding the postmortem of Y Puran Kumar.
