Nawanshahr- The Senior Citizens Association Nawanshahr is organizing an event in connection with International Senior Citizens Day on Monday, October 27, 2025. Providing details about the event, the Association’s General Secretary, S.K. Puri, stated that the event will take place at Bai Ji Di Kutia, Pandoran Muhalla, Nawanshahr, from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The honorable Deputy Commissioner will attend as the chief guest. 
In addition, the District Social Security Officer, Civil Surgeon Nawanshahr, and other senior officials from the police and civil administration will participate as special guests. A vibrant cultural program will also be presented for the entertainment of the guests and members. The Association has also arranged lunch for all attendees. 
General Secretary S.K. Puri has appealed to all members of the Association, along with their family members, to attend the event on time. On this occasion, Chairman Dr. J.D. Verma, President Professor S.K. Bruta, and others were also present.
