Indo Athletics Society helped 350 families for the flood victims of Marathwada
Jaito, November 13:- Indo Athletics Society said that due to heavy rains in the month of September, all the districts of Marathwada were hit by severe floods. Many farmers have suffered heavy losses. Due to water entering the houses of many people, there was a huge loss of household and essential goods. The organization ‘Indo Athletics Society’ working in the field of sports and health appealed to help the flood victims in this difficult time.
This appeal received a huge response from the citizens of Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and some districts of Maharashtra. Food and essential items kits have been prepared for the flood-affected families through the financial assistance given by the citizens. The kit includes household items, food grains for three months, sarees, beds, real juice for children and complete school supplies.
On Saturday, November 8, 350 flood-affected families were selected and provided assistance by members of the Indo Athletic Society in Raiswadi Bila Gram Panchayat located on the banks of the Sina river in Madha taluka of Solapur district. A few years ago, similar assistance was provided to about a thousand flood-affected families by the Indo Athletic Society in Kolhapur and Sangli.
The members of the organization were Gajanan Khaire, Ajit Patil, Ganesh Bhujbal, Giriraj Umarikar, Madan Shinde, while the members of the organization were Madan Shinde, Dilip Shinde, Ajit Gore, Dinesh Gupchup, Shrikant Chaudhary, Ramesh Mane, Sushil More, Pradeepji Tek, Santosh Nakhate, Mander Shande, Marushwinde, Marushwinde, Sunni Chaugle, Kailas Shet Tapkir, Madhura Khadilkar, Tushar Deshmukh, etc.
