IndiGo refunds passengers for cancelled flights DGCA
New Delhi: After IndiGo's flights were cancelled, the aviation regulator today claimed that all passengers whose flights were cancelled have been refunded. According to IndiGo, all passengers for flights cancelled in December last year have been refunded through the original source of payment.
According to IndiGo Airlines, passengers whose flights are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time can claim compensation as per the rules. To help such passengers, IndiGo has offered a 'Gesture of Care'. Under this, two travel vouchers of Rs 5,000 each with a validity of 12 months are being given to passengers.
This offer is for passengers whose flights were cancelled or delayed by more than three hours between 3-5 December 2025. During this, passengers can check their eligibility and submit details for the voucher.
