Income Tax Department to hold special awareness campaign at HAU on 9th

Hisar, March 7: The Income Tax Department will organize a special awareness program on March 9th at 10:30 am at the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, to raise awareness about the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 2025. The program is being organized by the Income Tax Officer (Exemption), Rohtak. Dr. B.R. Kamboj, Vice Chancellor, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, will be the chief guest, while Dr. Poonam Singh, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Hisar, will grace the event as a special guest. Paramjit Singh, CA, and Vikas Garg, CA, will be the speakers.
In addition, Naveen Jain, Controller, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, will be the special guest, along with Paramjit Singh, CA, and Vikas Garg, CA. The program is hosted by Amit Mittal, Income Tax Officer (Exemption), Rohtak.
The objective of the program is to make religious and charitable institutions, societies, trusts, and other non-profit organizations aware of the new provisions, compliance requirements, and important changes implemented under the Income Tax Act, 2025.
Representatives of charitable institutions, societies, and trusts, tax consultants, and advocates have been invited to this event to understand the provisions of the new Act in detail and ensure proper compliance. During the program, subject matter experts will provide detailed information on important points related to the Act and will also address the questions of the participants.
To make the program a success, the Income Tax Department has requested the President of the Bar Association, advocates, and all concerned to participate in large numbers.
