Ratia, May 18:- A three-day block-level yoga practice camp was inaugurated today at the Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Ratia. The school Principal, Mr. Gajanand, has been appointed as the Nodal Officer. The Block In-charge is Mr. Sunil Kumar (DPE), while the Yoga Instructors for the camp are Ms. Pooja and Mr. Shravan Kumar. 
On the first day of the yoga practice camp, all Physical Education teachers from the Ratia block were apprised of the importance of yoga and were guided through various yoga exercises.  Yoga Instructor Pooja stated that, through the practice of yoga, it is possible to treat many incurable diseases. This yoga training camp is being organized under the joint aegis of the Department of Education and the Department of AYUSH. Mr. Shravan Kumar from the Department of AYUSH attended the camp as a special participant. 
A total of 35 Physical Education teachers participated in the yoga training camp, including Om Prakash (PTI), Devi Lal (PTI), Kewal Singh (PGT), Manpreet Kaur (PGT - Physical Education), Charanjit (PTI), Rohit Lamba, Ramesh Kumar (PTI), Mahendra Singh (PTI), Sandeep Kumar (DPE), and Rajwant Singh (PTI).
