Dhaka (Bangladesh):- A fire has broken out at the house of a Hindu teacher in Dhaka, Bangladesh. According to information, an accident has occurred at the house of Bikash Ranjan Deb, a teacher at a local private high school. Police have reached the spot and started investigating the matter. According to Sub-Inspector Didar, initial investigation revealed that the fire broke out due to an electrical short circuit. He said that no evidence of any kind of conspiracy has been found behind this incident.
The owner of the house, Bikash Ranjan Deb, also gave a statement to the police that he has no personal or family enmity with anyone. The Hindu and Muslim communities live peacefully together in the area. Therefore, he considers it an accident.
Bikash Ranjan Deb said that due to the fire, goods worth about 50 lakhs were burnt to ashes. However, with the help of local people and firefighters, the fire was brought under control, preventing further damage.
