Chandigarh:- The National Security Act imposed on MP Amritpal Singh from Khadoor Sahib Lok Sabha seat has been challenged in the High Court for the third time. The hearing was to be held in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday, but due to lack of time, the hearing was postponed. Therefore, the hearing has now been fixed for February 2.
In the meantime, three other related cases will be heard. The MP has termed the NSA imposed on him as completely illegal. He has argued that it is a complete violation of his constitutional rights. However, the Punjab government has already been fined in this case.
