Health Awareness Program Organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad Krishna Branch

Karnal, May 14: A Health Awareness Program was organized at Vivekananda School by the Krishna Branch of the Bharat Vikas Parishad, under the chairmanship of the Branch President, Mrs. Sonia Mehta. The event proved to be highly successful and inspiring. The objective of the program was to motivate women and young girls toward better health, hygiene, and a conscious lifestyle. The program commenced with the rendition of the national song, "Vande Mataram."
On this occasion, renowned Gynecologist Dr. Manju Chaudhary (BAMS, Gold Medalist, and Master in Spiritual Counseling) shared a wealth of important and useful health-related information with students ranging from Class 9 to Class 12. She provided detailed insights to the students regarding the importance of a balanced diet, regular health check-ups, personal hygiene, mental health, and a healthy lifestyle.
The women members and students present participated in the program with great enthusiasm and interest. Dr. Manju Chaudhary was honored by the female members of the branch with the presentation of a traditional stole (*Angavastra*) and a coconut.
Mrs. Sonia Mehta, President of the Bharat Vikas Parishad (Krishna Branch), expressed her heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Manju Chaudhary, the Manager of Vivekananda School—Mr. Suresh Hinduja—the school Principal, and all the women members and associates present, whose cooperation ensured the successful conclusion of this program.
