Chandigarh, March 12:- The Haryana Government has directed all departments to file the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) of Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) officers for the year 2025-26 online through the state's intranet portal.
According to a letter issued by Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Rastogi in this regard, the PAR of HCS officers will be filed online on the website http://intrahry.gov.in and it will be necessary to finalize it by December 31, 2026.
All Administrative Secretaries, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Heads of Boards and Corporations have been asked to ensure compliance with these instructions.
According to the letter, officers will be able to log in to the portal through their Payee Code and registered mobile number available on the HRMS portal. The verification can also be done by uploading a digital signature certificate or scanned signature.
The officers will have to submit their self-assessment by May 31. The reporting authority will have to complete the assessment by July 31. The reviewing authority will have to review by September 30, while the approving authority will finalize the report by December 31, 2026.
Health check-up has been made mandatory for HCS officers above 40 years of age and a summary of the medical report will also have to be uploaded along with the self-assessment.
According to the letter, the work performance will be assessed through a grading system on a scale of 1 to 10. It has also been provided in the online system that if action is not taken by the concerned authority within the stipulated time, the report will automatically go to the next level, so that the assessment process can be completed on time.
