It is noteworthy that the Haryana Government has directed all the departments to submit the Annual Performance Appraisal Report of HCS (Executive Branch) officers for the year 2025-26 online through the State Intranet Portal. The PAR of HCS officers will be submitted online on the website http://intrahry.gov.in and it will be mandatory to finalize it by December 31, 2026.
All Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Heads of Boards and Corporations have been asked to ensure compliance with these instructions.
Officers will be able to log in to the portal through their Payee Code and registered mobile number available on the HRMS portal. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification. Health check-up has been made mandatory for HCS officers above 40 years of age and a summary of the medical report will also have to be uploaded along with self-assessment.
The performance will be evaluated through a numerical grading system on a scale of 1 to 10. This will include work performance, personal qualities and functional abilities.
The online system also provides that if action is not taken by the concerned authority within the stipulated time frame, the report will be automatically forwarded to the next level, so that the evaluation process can be completed on time.
