Haryana Right to Service Commission launches WhatsApp based chatbot
Chandigarh, May 6:- While giving information, the spokesperson of Haryana Right to Service Commission said that the Commission has launched WhatsApp based chatbot with the aim of making the process of tracking the status of the application and filing appeals simple and easy for the citizens.
The spokesperson said that this chatbot is an important initiative by the Commission towards increasing transparency and strengthening citizen facilities through digital technology. Through this, citizens can now easily know the status of their applications, file appeals under the Auto Appeal System (AAS) and get all the updates related to their applications and appeals.
He said that this platform will provide fast, simple and hassle-free services to the citizens through WhatsApp, through which they will be able to easily get information and start the appeal process with their mobile phones. The spokesperson said that citizens can use this chatbot at any time by sending a message to WhatsApp number 6239466937. He said that Haryana Right to Service Commission has been continuously taking digital initiatives to make the time-bound service delivery and complaint redressal system more effective.
