Happening Haryana roadshow to be held in Mumbai on August 2324

Chandigarh, August 17:- Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh said that ‘Happening Haryana’ roadshow will be organized in the country’s financial capital Mumbai on August 23 and 24 with the aim of attracting domestic and foreign investors to invest in Haryana. Through the roadshow, investors will be informed about Haryana’s industrial potential, strong infrastructure and facilities being made available for investment.
Rao Narbir Singh said that the main objective of the roadshow is to showcase Haryana’s role in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Developed India-2047 and to present the state as a major industrial and investment hub. He said that the Haryana government is making extensive preparations in this direction and to prepare a blueprint for the future development of the state, Haryana Vision Document-2030 has been prepared by the key departments, which is being continuously monitored by the Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini himself.
The Industries Minister said that Haryana has recently made significant amendments in its industrial policy and has also implemented the new MSME Policy. Under these policies, a target of Rs 55 lakh crore investment and 5 lakh employment opportunities have been set in the MSME sector by the year 2030. The roadshow will provide information about the incentives available to investors under these policies and the steps taken to facilitate investment.
He said that Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini will directly interact with the representatives of investors who have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for investment in Haryana under the new Industrial Policy and MSME Policy on 27th August in Chandigarh. During this, investors will be given detailed information about the investment-friendly policies, facilities and programs being made available in the state.
Rao Narbir Singh said that during the Mumbai roadshow, investors will also be made aware of the 10 new Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) being developed in Haryana. Apart from this, the prospects of five new cities being developed by the Panchgram Development Authority on both sides of the 135 km long Kundli-Manesar Expressway will also be put before the investors.
He said that Haryana's strong rail, road and air connectivity, proximity to Delhi-NCR and rapidly developing industrial infrastructure make the state particularly attractive for investment. The roadshow to be held in Mumbai will be an important platform to effectively present all these features to national and international investors.
The Industries Minister said that the goal of the Haryana government is not just to attract investment, but to create such an industrial environment that will accelerate investment, daily and economic growth and enable Haryana to play a leading role in building a developed India.
